Jasmine

In Memory of Jasmine, at the Rainbow Bridge

April 26, 2010

I'm Jasmine, a Hopper since 7/4/2008 and 10 years old.  I come from KY, saved by Bluegrass Basset Rescue.

My family dumped me off at a shelter 'cause they said I threw up too much.  Stupid people!

They just made me nervous.  I am very high strung girl.  Too many creepy things make me scared.

I was in a nice foster home in VA at first, but creepy kids made me nervous and my foster mom was afraid I might bite them.

So here I am.  All these creepy old dogs scared me at first, too.  Lucky, we have escape stairs.

I had to share with visitor hound.  She was scared of creepy old dogs, too.

Then I find is not so bad here.  Beds are nice and big and pillows very soft.

Sun is warm on the porch, and there is a nice, tall chair for me when I get tired of creepy old dogs.

Beds are so big I don't even mind sharing with brothers and sisters.  This is my brother, Norman.  He's not too creepy.

This is brother Bowser.  He's not too creepy, either.

But there is no way I'm gonna wear some dumb hat.

Nope, just not gonna happen!
